I came again to have my soul refreshed by the beautiful poems I find on this site...even mine which I love to read again. This time it was one of mine, "Lift Me Up" which blessed me. Thank u for the Christmas presents, different but I love them. How the two of u were together on the phone was great, togetherness.
If you have a couple of pictures hanging around collecting dust or whatever, would you keep them for me. It has been a couple of years is all since I have had any kind of picture.
Have a good time on your trip and I will be worried sick about Chirpy while you are gone praying that she can hold her own while you are gone.

I came again to read some poems and the one I first read was "Adrift" a feeling I am experiencing since the death of my Uncle Nov. 10 on my son's birthday. Family has always been special and Uncle Elmus was the last one of my daddy's siblings and all of my mother's siblings have passed on as well. It gives me a sense of tremendous lonliness that whole generation is gone and no longer available to provide love and advice. So, I do feel adrift at times. Gayle your wonderful talent is sadly missed and your sweet love shared to all of us as well. Sondra your presence on the site is missed and longed for as well. Captain, you kept the ship going and we miss you so much. All are loved and prayed for that you will soon come back to us and we can share again. We love you and miss you.
